At Seattle Preschool + Pre-K, we offer developmentally appropriate programs with specialized curriculum for children 3-to-6-years-old. Each classroom provides a multi-age setting that imparts daily opportunities for peer helping and self-paced development, and what sets us apart is that each day includes daily movement through gymnastics-based physical activity. Gymnastics: Body and Brain connection

A strong development of fundamental motor skills helps kids in all aspects of life. We utilize gymnastics-based daily activity and movement to connect the mind to the body, developing coordination, confidence, and a quieter mind for learning time.
